The only thing I like about winter is the way my cats (or some of them) like to form a heap. I have eight rescued Spanish feral cats. Here are five of them on the chaise longue.

That´s Mofeta, El Gran Wyoming, David, Pedo de Lobo and Bruce Lee. I have never seen a cat heap of more than six I got one of those next day - David, Pedo de Lobo (hardly visible), Bruce Lee, Dragon Lee, El Gran Wyoming and Jet Li. Only a three cat heap this one - my office helpers.
Send me your pictures of your own personal cat heaps and I will upload them here. Send as a jpg attachment to livinginspain@hotmail.com
Here are pictures contributed by Alisha Vargas. You can see a link to some of her other cat photos on the first comment.
Wonderful colours in the heap below!
I love all the pictures but especially the one with the two kitties laying on the third. They look like they've had a long day at work and just fell to sleep where they were. So cute!
ReplyDeleteI have a bunch of cats too. Here's one of my own cat piles:

They are absolutely gorgeous. I am going to take the liberty of adding one of your pics to the blog above.
ReplyDeleteI found a group on Facebook called Cats Are Better Than Children. I wondered if it was a call to fate to join, but the non-PC nature of the group title and juicy photos such as these were too much for me. It's quiet now but one of the last posts was a news story about a cat who was lost and too a bus home. I'm not sure many young children under 7 would achieve that much. :0)
